I build enterprise-wide acceptance and advocacy of marketing programs by utilizing a constructive leadership of marketing team members and property stakeholders of my client-partners. As a marketing professional I develop and execute strategic plans to meet both revenue goals and business objectives. By blending customer relationship marketing with new and traditional media tools, I am able maximize revenues from an existing customer base as well as increasing profitability through effective targeting.
Before joining PPG, I was Vice President of Marketing at Mohegan Sun Pocono in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. I guided the efforts of the marketing team to support overall strategic direction and meet revenue goals for a casino resort with 2,300 slot machines, 91 table games, a harness racetrack, hotel, convention center and spa, 18 bars and restaurants, and several retail shops.
I have also held marketing leadership positions at Cherokee Nation Entertainment, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Belle of Baton Rouge and Harrah’s Metropolis Casino. In addition to my casino experience, I have worked with non-profit organizations and political candidates as a direct marketing fundraiser. This experience provides a unique perspective to challenges that my client-partners are facing today.
I live outside Tulsa, Oklahoma with my husband, H.B., a Belgian Malinois named P-Diddy, Noisette, a Dutch Shepard and a wicked mutt named Sally.
